- We would like to thank everyone who supported YFS Fest 2008! It was an amazing time with great performances and wonderful audiences! We look forward to seeing you next year for YFS Fest 2009!
YFS Fest was created to celebrate the breadth and impact that people of African descent have had on all forms of music globally. Featuring established and emerging artists of an array of genres, the festival takes place during Black Music Month at World Cafe Live in June, in homage to the Philadelphia roots of Black Music Month.-
